Terms of use
Last updated 13 September 2026
These are the terms for using sylte.dev. They are short because the site is simple: it shows what I do and lets you get in touch. Assignments themselves are not governed here, but by the agreement we enter into.
01What the terms cover
The terms cover use of the website sylte.dev, operated by Sylte Solutions, org. no. 927 897 008, Molde, Norway. By using the site you accept them.
Agreements about assignments — scope, price, deadlines and rights to what is delivered — are made separately and take precedence over these terms.
02Content and copyright
The text, graphics, terrain map and mark on this site belong to Sylte Solutions. You may read, link to and quote with attribution, but not copy or reuse the content commercially without agreement.
Names, marks and screenshots from projects I refer to belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the work.
03No offers, no guarantees
The descriptions of services are exactly that — descriptions. They are not a binding offer. Price, scope and delivery are agreed for each individual assignment.
I aim to keep the content accurate and current, but do not guarantee it, and may change or remove content without notice.
04The contact form
The form is for genuine enquiries about work. Do not use it for bulk messages, marketing or automated submission. How the data you send is handled is described in the privacy policy at sylte.dev/en/privacy.
05Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, including projects I have worked on. I have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
06Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Norwegian law allows, Sylte Solutions is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from its unavailability.
07Changes
If I change the terms, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes not settled amicably are decided by the Norwegian courts.
